Oliver graduated from the University of Leeds in 2021 with a First-Class Honours Degree in Law. Building on his academic success, he completed the Legal Practice Course (LLM) with a Distinction in 2022.

In September 2024, Oliver was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors, following the completion of his training contract at a respected local firm. He joined Henry Hyams in October 2024, bringing with him a strong foundation of legal knowledge and practical experience.

Oliver is a dedicated practitioner in Family Law, representing clients in Family Courts across Yorkshire. He provides clear and compassionate advice on matters such as residence and contact disputes, and always strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Oliver is particularly dedicated to supporting victims of domestic abuse. He has substantial experience in obtaining Non-Molestation Orders and works closely with domestic abuse organisations in the Leeds area, demonstrating his commitment to protecting vulnerable individuals.

Regardless of whether a client is privately paying or is in receipt of public funds, Oliver delivers the same high standard of legal representation, ensuring fairness and accessibility for all.

In addition to his Family Law practice, Oliver is an accredited police station representative. He provides expert advice to clients during police station interviews, offering support during a critical stage of the criminal justice process.

Outside of his professional role, Oliver enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, and supporting Liverpool Football Club.
