Mike joined the firm in 1999 as a Paralegal in the Crime Department. He went on to complete his training contract and was admitted as a solicitor in 2001.

Mike is a High Courts Advocate and spends the majority of his time representing clients in the Crown Court. He is a member of the Duty Solicitor panel for Leeds and an Accredited Police Station Representative. In recognition of his skills, his commitment to quality representation and general contribution to the firm, Mike was made Partner in 2011.

Mike has played in brass bands for over thirty years and has performed all over the world, including the Royal Albert Hall and the Sydney Opera House. He has played in the band ranked Number One in the world and has won the European Brass Band Championships on 8 occasions. He also has a Blue Peter badge!
