Emily Osgerby
Director
Property
Emily joined the firm in 1995 as secretary to the Managing Partner. His role at the time was as a general practitioner of law, which required her involvement in a wide range of cases including criminal defence, regulatory prosecutions, personal injury and conveyancing.
In 2000 Emily decided to specialise in residential property transactions and moved over to the property team. She initially acted as an assistant to the head of the department, Michael Bush. In 2003 Emily became property caseworker and she now manages her own caseload of property purchases, sales, right to buy, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and deed of gifts.
Whenever possible Emily likes to go ski-ing.
