Caroline has been with Henry Hyams for more years than she will admit to. During that time she has helped manage the practice through huge administrative changes from computerisation to legal aid tendering.  

Caroline is a business graduate and the firm’s Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration. She also works with all staff members to ensure that the work environment is friendly, supportive and welcoming and helps facilitate the career development of staff throughout the firm.  

Caroline is a senior member of the management team who together have achieved various quality standards from Investors In People to Specialist Quality Mark and is currently working towards Lexcel accreditation.

In her spare time Caroline spends time running after her teenage boys and to and from work. Caroline is a country girl at heart and loves the outdoors especially under wet canvass.
