Working in the UK

We assist migrants who are applying to work in the UK. Many of our clients bring skills and experience to the UK workforce. The government has introduced the Points Based System meaning that any migrant who wishes to work in the UK will have to score the relevant points to qualify. We have particular expertise in the following categories:

Tier 1 (Investors)

High-net-worth individuals may apply in this category if they are in a position to make a substantial financial investment in the UK.

Tier 2 Skilled Migrants

Migrants with an offer of a skilled job with an employer, who is registered with the UK Border Agency as a Sponsor, will be able to consider qualifying into Tier 2 (General).

Tier 2 Intra-Company Transfers (ICTs)

Tier 2 Intra-Company Transfers (ICTs) are available for employees of multinational companies to transfer to a UK branch of their organisation.
