Family Migration

Much of our experience is in family migration. We help migrants to move to and settle in the UK with their partners and family members.

The UK Border Agency has announced significant changes to the Immigration Rules for family migration that came into effect in July 2012. For example, the probation period before settlement has been increased from 2 to 5 years and new financial requirements have been introduced.

This is an area which is often subject to litigation and we frequently represent our clients on appeal before the Immigration Tribunal.
