Appeals

When an application is refused, a right of appeal will often be triggered. We are experienced in dealing with all types of immigration and asylum appeals including complex cases before the First Tier and Upper Tier of the Immigration Tribunal. We pride ourselves on our meticulous approach and on providing skilful representation.

Judicial Review

When appeal rights are exhausted Judicial Review may provide a remedy. We can advise on grounds for Judicial Review. We have established strong connections with expert Counsel and we have experience in successfully challenging UK Border Agency decisions resulting in those decisions being overturned and costs awarded.

Detention and bail

The UK Border Agency has significant powers under the Immigration Acts to detain. When a person is in detention we can act quickly to make representations for their release and/or to apply for bail to the Immigration Tribunal.

Removal and deportation

Anyone facing the prospect of removal or deportation can find the situation particularly distressing, especially when family members are involved. We act quickly to protect your best interests. Our work includes securing in-country appeal rights whenever possible and lodging emergency injunction proceedings with the High Court if necessary. We put your case as strongly as possible to prevent removal or deportation.
